Product Specifications

Mounted on a carbon pole approximately 3m (9ft) tall, WindBot features a precision Gill WindSonic precision sensor integrated to smart YachtBot electronics.

Able to calculate true wind speed while a vessel is in motion, WindBot provides an extraordinary advantage to competitive sailors and race organisers – with realtime wind data at all times.

True wind

WindBot cleverly ignores boat motion, so you can keep doing what you’re doing and still get accurate and continuous wind measurements.

Made to travel

Pack it up, freight it, ship it, check in as luggage. WindBot’s pole is made of three sections and fits into a functional hardshell suitcase.

Sturdy design

Made to work hard in the toughest condition. No moving parts, nothing to calibrate, and single button operation.

Optional display

Get the optional display and follow the wind shifts. WindBot transmits via cell phone network to the YachtBot web app and Igtimi Cloud.
